Data Controller The data controller is NEXTRAINERS.COM Sàrl, Route du Port 8b, 1299 Crans-près-Céligny, Switzerland, registered under number CHE-210.163.366. Data We Collect - Account data: name, email address, and login credentials. - Usage data: generated sessions, entered parameters (theme, age category, squad size), preferences, and usage history. - Payment data: processed by our payment providers (for the web and Android) and by the operator of the applicable marketplace (for iOS). Nextrainers does not store bank card numbers. - Technical data: connection logs, device type, browsing data, and cookies. - Player-related data: depending on how the coach uses the service, they may enter information about their players (for example first name, category, position), who may be minors (see section 10). 3. Purposes and Legal Bases - Provision and management of the service, the account, and the subscription — basis: performance of the contract. - Improvement of the service, security, and fraud prevention — basis: legitimate interest. - Sending marketing communications and newsletters — basis: consent (revocable at any time). - Compliance with legal obligations (notably accounting and tax obligations) — basis: legal obligation. 4. Recipients and Processors To provide the service, we use providers acting as data processors, notably for: hosting and technical infrastructure; authentication and account management; payment processing and subscription management; sending communications and emails; the generation of content by artificial intelligence. These providers access data only to the extent necessary for their services and are bound by confidentiality and security obligations. Transfers Outside Switzerland and the EU Some of our providers may process data outside Switzerland and the European Union, notably in the United States. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, notably standard contractual clauses or recognized adequacy mechanisms. 6. Retention Period Account data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship. Accounting and billing data is retained for the legal retention period, i.e. ten years under Swiss law. Prospecting data is retained until you withdraw your consent or object. Beyond the applicable periods, data is deleted or anonymized. 7. Your Rights In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, for individuals located in the EU/EEA) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP), you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland, or the competent supervisory authority of your country of residence in the EU. 8. Cookies The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies necessary for its operation, as well as audience measurement cookies and, where applicable, personalization cookies, subject to your consent. You can accept, decline, or configure these cookies via the consent banner shown during your visit, and change your choices at any time. 9. Security We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. 10. Minors and Player Data The service is intended for adult coaches. In the course of using it, a coach may need to enter data concerning their players, who may be minors. The coach is responsible for the data they enter: they undertake to enter only the information strictly necessary, to hold the appropriate authorization (in particular from the club and/or legal representatives where required), and not to enter sensitive data. Nextrainers processes this data solely to provide the service, applies the principle of data minimization, and implements appropriate security measures, with particular vigilance where minors are concerned. 11. Changes This policy may be updated. Any substantial change will be brought to your attention by an appropriate means. 12.
